Production Operator (IO) - 3rd Shift Details:

• Temporary position
• $19.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday: 6AM-2:30PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday: 2PM-10:30PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday: 10PM-6:30AM
• Responsible for meeting daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety
• Demonstrates effective time management by completing each station within the designated timeframe and maintaining flexibility to support multiple stations or areas as required
• Inspect parts and perform tasks per work instructions Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations Report equipment defects and quality issues Complete required paperwork and follow rotation schedules

Production Operator (IO) - 3rd Shift Qualifications:

• Repetitive lifting of automotive parts and finished goods (50–75 lbs), approximately 300 units per day
• Operate safely, adhering to PPE and 5S standards
• Support problem-solving, ISO initiatives, and continuous improvement
• Maintain compliance with company and legal requirements

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
