Job Description

We are seeking a 1st shift Production Supervisor in Evansville, IN , to join their leadership team and develop their management skills.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
Collaborate with other departments.
Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
Ensure safety of all employees
Support continuous improvement for the plant
Manage labor, reporting, deliverables, culture and production
Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution

The ideal candidate holds:

3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facility.
Need to be highly motivated, have great communication and leadership skills.
Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations.
Familiarity working with data management programs.
Strong understanding of GMP's and Food Safety
Leadership mindset, great communication, and drive
Basic Spanish communication preferred
Strong math skills preferred
Familiarity with Multi-Vac equipment preferred
